I ordered the 2.5 magnifier. My mother is almost bling and got this to help her on the advise of a friend. Took it out of the box, put in batteries, showed my MOm and it didn't help. So I reboxed it and paid to send back for a refund. Literally 30 seconds of trying it. Good-Lite writes me that I scratched the lens and offers me a 25% refund. What a joke. I didn't look through the lens and my mother couldn't see it. If it was scatched , they sent it that way. Not a reputable company to do business with. Very unsatisfied.

After manufacturing, products go through rigorous quality checks before they're boxed, so the magnifier wouldn't have been sent to you with existing damage. Our return/refund policy is also clear about the protocols for returned damaged goods, and the courtesy offer of a 25% refund or a 50% discount towards a different magnifier was to try make this right with you so that we could help your mom.
