1. Our Warranty

Good-Lite stands behind the quality of its products. Durable, reusable clinical instruments come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and care. If a covered product fails due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no charge to you, including return shipping.

2. Products Covered by the Warranty

The 1-year limited warranty applies to durable, reusable clinical instruments, including but not limited to:

  • Illuminated cabinets and their accessories (ESV series, ESC2000™, CSV-1000®, and similar)
  • Printed and laminated eye charts
  • Magnifiers
  • Trial lenses, trial frames, and trial lens sets
  • Prisms and prism sets
  • Flippers
  • Occluders and other reusable examination tools

If you are unsure whether your product is covered, please contact us before submitting a repair request and we will be happy to confirm.

3. Products Not Covered by the Warranty

The warranty does not apply to consumable or disposable items intended for single or limited use.

Additionally, the warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, drops, or unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • Products purchased through unauthorized resellers

4. Out-of-Warranty Repairs

We are happy to repair products that are outside of their warranty period. Before any work begins, we will provide you with a repair quote covering parts, labor, and return shipping — we will never proceed without your approval.

5. How to Request a Repair

To submit a warranty or out-of-warranty repair request, please use our Service Order Form.
When filling out the form, please have the following ready:

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the defect, if applicable

Our team will review your submission and follow up within 2-3 business days.
