Good-Lite’s ESF5000™ is a fluorescent illuminated chart cabinet for clinical visual acuity testing, including ETDRS clinical trial testing. It provides a uniform, retro-illuminated surface for compatible high- and low-contrast logMAR vision charts. The ESF5000™ Illuminated ETDRS Visual Acuity Testing Cabinet is NEI and FDA approved.
The ESF5000™ supports compatible ETDRS, LEA SYMBOLS®, LEA NUMBERS®, E, and C charts. Its fluorescent bulbs are pre-burned in, and the cabinet provides a constant luminance level of 160 cd/m².
A universal 100–240 V power supply supports use in different regions, with four power adapters listed in the product specifications. Rear chart storage keeps additional charts protected and accessible between tests.
