The 10/80 (3/24) and 10/50 (3/15) lines have been omitted. The 50% spaced rectangles (Massachusetts Visual Acuity Test format) have line sizes from 10/40 to 10/8 (3/12 to 3/2.4) equivalent. Has a hole for hanging the chart on the wall. A response key and instructions are included.
Notations on the left side of the chart include actual letter size for 10 foot and 3 meter measurements. Equivalent letter size notations on the right side of the chart include 20 foot, 6 meter, decimal, and LogMAR measurements.
