The other equivalents featured on this chart are letter size, 20 foot, 6 meter, decimal, and LogMAR. This chart can either be wall mounted or used in an ESV1200™, ESV1500™, or a Model A+ illuminated cabinet. Set includes the chart, a response key, and instructions.

Heavy duty eye charts to test young children or those who may be illiterate

Though these eye charts are made on heavy duty material that will last for years, the printed shapes can wear off over time when transported from rural clinic to rural clinic. I purchased 11" x 14" clear vinyl shop protectors to store these 9" x 14" eye charts in to protect them during transport. Now I don't think I'll ever have to replace them!
