This test assesses the functional vision of a child at near distances.

Features proportionally spaced (logMAR) lines on both sides. One side had Hindi characters while the other features LEA SYMBOLS®. Line sizes range from 20/400 to 20/10 (6/120 to 6/3) equivalent, 0.05 to 2.00. A response key is printed on the LEA SYMBOLS® side of the chart.
