The Lancaster Test is a diagnostic tool used in ophthalmology to evaluate eye muscle function and detect ocular misalignment, particularly in cases of strabismus, cranial nerve palsies, or double vision. It involves the patient wearing red-green glasses and using a light to match the examiner’s projected target on a screen, allowing clinicians to assess the direction, degree, and nature of eye deviation. The test helps identify underactive or overactive eye muscles and is commonly used to monitor changes before and after treatment or surgery.

Individual Lasers: red or green laser. Lasers provide red and green line generating lasers which project a 4-6 inch line at 1 meter. Uses AAA batteries (not included).
Test Screen: Roll-up Screen is made of heavy fabric reinforced vinyl. Target is printed in Red ink and is invisible with green glasses. Screen is approximately 60 inches square (150 x 150 cm) and rolls up for storage. Mounting hardware included. (previously 506700)
Score Sheet: pad of 50 sheets. (previously 501900)
