This distance screening portion for 10 feet (3 meters) features 2 lines of linear-spaced optotypes in the following size equivalents: 20/40, 20/32, 20/25, and 20/20.
Dimensions: 9" x 14" (22.9 cm x 35.6 cm).
The chart can be purchased individually or with an RCD overlay.
