How the Frisby Pocket Stereotest Works

The Frisby Pocket is a free-space, real-depth stereotest. Each plate uses random texture patterns with a hidden circular target presented in depth. The patient identifies which pattern contains the hidden shape.

Because testing takes place under natural binocular viewing conditions without special glasses, it is particularly suitable for young, shy or preverbal children and allows the examiner to observe the patient's natural responses throughout testing.
