Shipping Cutoff Time 

Most orders placed before 11:00 AM Central Standard Time (CST) for in-stock items will be shipped on the same business day. Most orders placed after 11:00 AM CST for in stock items will be processed and shipped the next business day. We ship from our Illinois facility.

  • This policy includes Standard, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air shipping options.
  • Our hours of operation are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday-Friday (CST - US).
  • The Good-Lite Company ships using UPS, FedEx and USPS. 

USPS Shipping

USPS Ground Advantage® service is an affordable and reliable way to send packages inside the U.S. Ship to all 50 states, U.S. military bases, territories, possessions, and Freely Associated States. 

UPS Domestic Shipping 

For domestic addresses including Hawaii and Alaska (excluding APO/FPO), orders will be shipped using either UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air.

  • Standard Ground: 3-7 business days after order processing and from 0 to 100 lbs in weight
  • 2nd Day Air: 2 business days after order processing and from 0 to 40 lbs in weight
  • Next Day Air: 1 business day after order processing and from 0 to 20 lbs in weight

UPS International Shipping 

For international locations (excluding Canada and Mexico), orders will be shipped using UPS Expedited.

  • Worldwide Expedited: 2-5 business days after order processing and from 0 to 150 lbs in weight

FedEx International Shipping 

  • International Economy: 2-5 business days after order processing and from 0 to 150 lbs in weight
  • International Priority: 1-3 business days after order processing and from 0 to 150 lbs in weight
  • International Priority Express: 1-3 business days after order processing and from 0 to 150 lbs in weight (select countries only)

International Orders  

International orders may incur import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees determined by local customs, which are the buyer’s responsibility upon delivery or pickup. Refusal of shipment can result in additional fees, including return shipping, handling, and storage charges, and no refund will be issued if the shipment is abandoned. Buyers must verify the legality of importing products into their country and accept any related fees. By placing an order with Good-Lite, customers agree to these terms and assume responsibility for any charges or regulations.

IMPORTANT: Good-Lite does not use any Saturday/Sunday service options, business days are considered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

FREE SHIPPING:

Good-Lite is pleased to offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders within the contiguous United States (Lower 48 states only). The following terms and conditions apply:

  • Eligible Customers: This offer is valid only for retail customers. Business-to-business (B2B), wholesale, and distributor accounts are excluded from this promotion.
  • Eligible Products: Free shipping applies only to select items where the individual product value is less than $100.
  • Order Minimum: The total value of the order must exceed $249 (before tax and discounts) to qualify.
  • Shipping Method: All free shipping orders will be sent via USPS standard delivery.
  • Geographic Restriction: This offer is valid for deliveries within the contiguous United States only (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations).
  • Carrier Selection: Good-Lite reserves the right to select the appropriate USPS service for fulfillment.
