Thank you for the feedback. The eyelash contact you're describing is a known limitation of the small size, which is designed for pediatric or petite patients and sits closer to the face. The large moisture chamber has a deeper lens chamber specifically to prevent this. We reached out after receiving your review and offered to send you a pair of the large — that offer still stands if you'd like to give them another try. We're sorry the small didn't work for you and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
