Returns & Refunds

  • Good-Lite is committed to providing unrivaled customer service and products to our customers. We guarantee that our products are of the highest quality in workmanship and detail, however if you believe the product to be faulty or does not perform as expected, please contact our Customer Service Team at 847-841-1145 within 30 days of purchase to initiate the return process for credit, exchange or refund of which will be determined by Good-Lite.โ€ฏ
  • All returns must be authorized by Good-Lite and must include RMA number on  return package to be accepted.
  • Claims for errors in shipping must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of package.
  • Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.โ€ฏ
  • Purchasing party will be responsible for any and all shipping costs with the exception of returns for defective merchandise or errors incurred by Good-Lite Company.
  • Items must be returned to the Good-Lite Company in unused, undamaged, resaleable condition with original packaging. Products showing signs of wear or damage upon return will not be eligible for return.โ€ฏ
  • To ensure your return arrives safely at Good-Lite, we recommend using an insured carrier, Good-Lite is not responsible for lost returns.
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected by Good-Lite, a credit, replacement or refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.โ€ฏOriginal shipping charges will not be refunded. 

Order Cancellation 

  • Any order may be canceled prior to processing and/or shipping with no additional cost incurred. You must contact us at 847-841-1145 immediately to cancel your order.โ€ฏ

  • Any order that has not been canceled and has been shipped will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.โ€ฏ 

Damaged Merchandise 

  • All cabinets and their respective accessories come with a 1-year warranty.โ€ฏ 

  • Repair on an item that is still under warranty will be done at no charge to the customer.โ€ฏ 

  • Repair costs that are made on an item that is out of warranty, including replacement parts, and return shipping, will be charged to the customer.โ€ฏ 

  • Requests for repairs need to be sent to service@good-lite.com Please include your model, serial number and a description of the issue in the email request.โ€ฏ 

Distributor Return Policy 

  • All merchandise must be returned within 30 days, pre-paid, and have prior authorization from Good-Lite Company. NO RETURN WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THIS AUTHORIZATION.โ€ฏ 

  • There will be a 15% service charge for any merchandise returned, except for shipping errors, on all orders after 30 days.โ€ฏ 

  • A credit memo will be issued for all returns to be applied to any outstanding balance or future purchases.โ€ฏ 

  • A check will not be issued.โ€ฏ
