Shipping policy

Shipping Cutoff Time 

Most orders placed before 11:00 AM Central Standard Time (CST) for in-stock items will be shipped on the same business day. Most orders placed after 11:00 AM CST for in stock items will be processed and shipped the next business day. We ship from our Illinois facility. 

  • This policy includes Standard, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air shipping options. 
  • Our hours of operation are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday-Friday (CST - US). 
  • The Good-Lite Company ships using UPS and USPS. 

UPS Shipping

For domestic addresses including Hawaii and Alaska (excluding APO/FPO), orders will be shipped using either UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air. Good-Lite does not use any Saturday/Sunday service options, business days are considered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 

  • Standard Ground: 3-7 business days after order processing and from 0 to 100 lbs in weight
  • 2nd Day Air: 2 Business days after order processing and from 0 to 40 lbs in weight
  • Next Day Air: Business days after order processing and from 0 to 20 lbs in weight

For international locations (excluding Canada and Mexico), orders will be shipped using UPS Expedited. Good-Lite does not use any Saturday/Sunday service options, business days are considered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 

USPS Shipping

USPS Ground Advantage® service is an affordable and reliable way to send packages inside the U.S. Ship to all 50 states, U.S. military bases, territories, possessions, and Freely Associated States. 

International Orders 

International orders may incur import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees determined by local customs, which are the buyer’s responsibility upon delivery or pickup. Refusal of shipment can result in additional fees, including return shipping, handling, and storage charges, and no refund will be issued if the shipment is abandoned. Buyers must verify the legality of importing products into their country and accept any related fees. By placing an order with Good-Lite, customers agree to these terms and assume responsibility for any charges or regulations.
