About

These charts can either be wall mounted or used in an ESV1200™, ESV1500™, or a Model A+ illuminated cabinet. Available in 5 Contrast levels: 1.25%, 2.5%, 5%, 10%, and 25%.
The line sizes on these charts range from 10/63 to 10/4 (3/19 to 3/1.2).
The other equivalents featured on these chart are letter size, 20 foot, 6 meter, decimal, and LogMAR.
