As a child grows and changes, so does their vision screening needs. This kit is designed to provide tool that adhere to American Academy of Pediatrics best practice guidelines. The kit includes:

600705 A Sloan Letter translucent distance eye chart with proportionally spaced lines; line sizes range from 10/80 to 10/5 (3/24 to 3/1.5) equivalent. The other equivalents featured on this chart are letter size, 20 foot, 6 meter, decimal, and LogMAR. This chart can either be wall mounted or used in an ESV1200ESV1500, or a Model A+ illuminated cabinet.

250411 A LEA SYMBOLS® pediatric vision chart with proportionally spaced (logMAR) lines; line sizes range from 10/63 to 10/4 (20/125 to 20/8) equivalent. This chart can either be wall mounted or used in an ESV1200ESV1500, or a Model A+ illuminated cabinet. Set includes the chart, a response key, and instructions. Features 10 ft and 20 ft notations only.

250800 LEA SYMBOLS® Near Card. This test assesses the functional vision of a child at near distances and can also be used to familiarize a child with the testing procedure before introducing a distance test.

Features proportionally spaced (logMAR) lines on one side and more tightly-spaced symbols on the opposite side. Line sizes range from 20/400 to 20/10 (6/120 to 6/3) equivalent, 0.05 to 2.00. A response key is printed on both sides of the chart.

679900 A disposable penlight used for examining the eye, tracking, and fixation.

This user-friendly pass/fail screener simplifies the identification of students with potential color vision issues. Featuring pseudoisochromatic plates from the HRR 4th edition, developed in collaboration with Drs. Jay Neitz and J.E. Bailey, this quick and easy test is suitable for all ages. Administer with ease and gain rapid insights into color vision proficiency.

101100 The PASS (Pediatric Assessment of Stereopsis with a Smile) 1 Smile Test is a depth perception test for basic screening of stereopsis in children and non-readers.

Includes 3 cards (720, Demo & Blank), a pair of the Children's Stereoacuity Glasses, and a pair of the Intermediate Stereoacuity Glasses.

Testing distance: 16"/40 cm.

Includes HOTV optotype on top of the cube calibrated to 20/40 (6/12) and an outer HOTV optotype calibrated to 20/200 (6/60) equivalent when tested at 16" (40 cm).

760000 A translucent long handle occluder that provides occlusion for the patient while allowing observation of the eye.

Dimensions: Width 2.38" x Length 8.75" (6.05 cm x 22 cm).

587611 Flip-Up Occluder Glasses Fun Frames. Each side of the glasses flips up and down for easy occlusion, with large circular lenses for maximum coverage. Features gender-neutral colors that make these perfect for boys and girls. The attached rubber ‘feet’ help to prevent the glasses from slipping.
