Printed on both sides are 2 cards displaying LEA SYMBOLS®, LEA NUMBERS®, HOTV, and Sloan Letter optotypes, with screening line sizes ranging from 20/200 to 20/16 equivalent. Crafted from durable styrene plastic for extended use.
