One (1) Year Limited Warranty
This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from the Good-Lite Co. (the "Physical Goods").
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, the Good-Lite Co. will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a prod- uct that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
Free shipping to/from any USA address.
What will we do to correct problems?
The Good-Lite Co. will either replace or repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from the Good-Lite Co. is one (1) year from the date of purchase.
A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 180 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. Damage of a product resulting from negligence.
Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product.
Damage caused by natural disaster.
Theft or loss of the product.
Shipping to/from international locations.
What do you have to do to obtain limited warranty service?
To obtain warranty service, contact our customer service department (orders@good-lite.com) to allow the Good-Lite Co. to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. A Return Merchant Autho- rization (RMA) is required for all warranty service.
Consumer Protection
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or allow limita- tions on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state to state.
