Thank you so much for sharing your feedback. We completely understand that the change from Velcro to the current removable-adhesive design may feel different if you were used to the older overlays.

Several years ago, we updated the overlays to a thinner vinyl material so they would be easier to press through and more comfortable to use on the RCD. The removable adhesive was chosen so the overlays still stay in place securely, but can be removed and swapped whenever needed.

We know this change may take a little getting used to, but it was made with the goal of improving everyday usability. Your input is very valuable to us, and we’ll continue to look at ways to make the overlays as convenient as possible.
