Once we have shipped your items, you will receive an email shipping confirmation with tracking information. If you have not yet received an email, we are either still processing your order or manufacturing your items.

Yes! We offer international shipping. The fees for international shipping depend on the products that get ordered. To find out how much shipping to your location will cost, add the product(s) to your cart and then head to CHECKOUT to calculate the shipping costs.
Please note that importing fees/duties, brokerage fees etc. will be for the receiver's account. Good-Lite does not include those fees in the shipping charges.

If your order status says "Delivered" but you didn't receive your order, please email us at service@good-lite.com with your order number in the subject line.
Our hours of operation are 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday - Friday (Central Time). Our fulfilment team works hard to ensure that shipments go out before the end of each work week, and for that reason we do not offer weekend shipping options.

The Good-Lite Company ships using UPS, FedEx and USPS. Various options will be offered upon checkout.
The best way to get a quote is to use our website. Add the items to your cart, and then at checkout you will see a button that says, 'get quote'. Click on that, enter some shipping information, and our system will create a quote and email it to you. Once you have reviewed the quote, you can click on the link to finalize purchase.

Yes! We process all of our B2B orders via purchase orders that get sent to us. If you need to provide us with a PO but you haven't bought from us before, apply for a business account via the "Business Account Application" pop-up on the bottom-left of the homepage so that we can get you loaded onto our system, and process your POs.
- We will accept returns on all orders within 30 days of purchase date.
- To qualify for a refund, the item must be faulty, must not function as intended, or must fail to meet the user’s needs as advertised on our store.
- All returned items must be returned to the Good-Lite Company in unused, undamaged, resaleable condition with original packaging. Products showing signs of wear or damage upon return will not be eligible for a refund.
- You must receive return authorization prior to returning any items.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds apply only to the cost of the product itself and will be processed only once the returned item is received and inspected for eligibility.
You may exchange an item if the item is new and unused. If you have any questions, please contact our service department at service@good-lite.com
- Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- The cost of shipping the items will not be refunded and Good-Lite is not responsible for lost returns. To ensure your return arrives at Good-Lite, we recommend using an insured carrier.
- If you believe the product is faulty or does not perform as expected, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of purchase to initiate a refund process.
- The product must be returned to our designated return address after receiving authorization from our team. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Once the returned product is received and verified as eligible, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.

We currently do not have a distributor in Mexico, but we can ship anywhere in that country when you order online with us.
